What does a website cost?
Our packages start from €29.99 per month, or €300 one time (excluding VAT). All prices and extras are in the price list. See all prices and extras.
What is the difference between monthly and one time?
With monthly you pay no start-up cost and hosting is included. With one time you pay the package once and hosting is €15 per month on top. In the price list you can work out which is cheaper for you.
How long does a project take?
That depends on the package and the size: a simple website goes faster than one with integrations. We agree the schedule at the start and it is part of the proposal.
What happens in the discovery call?
A free 30-minute video call. We go over your goals and timing, and afterwards you know what the next step is. Book it here.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your goals, an idea of your audience and any existing material such as a logo, texts or images. If something is missing, we work it out together.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
Hosting is included in the monthly packages; with the one-time package you pay €15 per month. Maintenance and updates are included in Growth and Pro.
Can I add extras?
Yes, for example an extra page (€5 per month or €50 one time), an extra language (from €15 per month) or a booking calendar (from €5 per month). Everything is in the price list.
Can you improve or redesign my existing website?
Yes. Send the address and what you would like to improve, and we start with a short review.
How does payment work?
Invoices are payable within 14 days. A one-time package can be invoiced in instalments, as stated in the proposal; monthly packages are invoiced monthly in advance. All prices exclude VAT.
Who owns the website and the domain?
Where possible we register the domain in your name, so it stays yours. After full payment you receive the right to use the delivered website.
Can I cancel?
Monthly packages continue month by month and can be cancelled in writing with a notice period; it is stated in our Terms and conditions. One-time projects end when the work is accepted.
Which languages can my website be in?
Dutch, English and French. An extra language costs from €15 per month.
What if I want to change something after delivery?
You have 14 days to test the work and report comments. An extra revision round costs €35.
Do you also work for individuals?
No, we only work for businesses and self-employed professionals.
Do you work with clients outside Belgium?
Yes. Calls and project work happen online, so location is not an obstacle.
May my project appear in your portfolio?
Unless you refuse in writing, we may show the project as a reference, for example in our portfolio.
